The breakthrough session
An intensive two-day process to target the root cause of your current obstacles. Various tools will be used to release the trauma, negative emotions, and limiting beliefs that become the baggage we carry with us. We have found that spending the time to clear this baggage first, makes it easier to make progress in achieving your goals.
2.
The follow ups
Two 1-hour follow up sessions to handle any remaining release work and fine tune the goals moving forward.
3.
The coaching sessions
We will handle any current release work needed, problem solving/solutions on goals and assign tasks to keep you moving forward.
